HWS replaced my 315L Rheem with a new stainless steel system. They arrived on time and did a neat and tidy job. The technician Barney was excellent and I am happy on both quality and price. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service by Barnaby and team on the roof and Ingela in the office. They replaced my 20 year old Solahart with a new Rheem solar hot water system. Safe removal of old, great install of new. Careful, clean and tidy and now a perfect working unit for free hot water. Well done. Thanks.

Had to replace old fashioned water tank with a Rinnai , corroded pipes and other problems. They took it all in their stride and never whinged! I was looking to replace my Gas Hot Water system and as a result did the call around. S/w Ingela, and from the first call, the experience has been nothing short of exceptional! Ingela went through the process and understood my needs.
It was determined that I would need a Gas continuous flow Hot Water System (Rinnai). Ingela also shared, they aren't the cheapest, however their work is guaranteed as mentioned they've been around for over 30 years.
When the plumbers arrived (Shane and Alexia) - they identified a couple of challenges and had to re-quote me a slightly higher amount. This was completely justified, however they were extremely transparent through the process.
I was happy to proceed despite the increase in cost. The workmanship, the attention to detail, the keeping me across everything was nothing short of exceptional.
I wouldn't hesitate in using these guys again as they've been brilliant!
It's difficult to fault the service and transparency in an industry where it can get a bit smokes and mirrors sometimes.
