Instantaneous electric hot water systems are also called tank less hot water heaters.

They are usually found under kitchen sinks in smaller homes or units and are very compact. These systems only heat the water when a tap is turned on, they don’t store any hot water. Usually you need 3 phase electricity supply but models for single phase electricity are also available.

Because electric continuous flow hot water systems heat the water as it runs through the unit, the water pressure is lower than a mains pressure tank. We are sometimes able to optimise the performance of your instantaneous 3 phase heater to give you better flow or more hot water.
