It took just 1 hour from my first phone call to Hot Water Maintenance
for Andrew to arrive to give me a quote. Two hours later I called and
accepted the quote and was advised that the job could be done the next
morning at 7.30am.
I was called to make sure I was ready for your
people to install the new hot water service. It took just 2½ hours for
the work to be completed and I still cannot believe how everything was

A new Rheem Optima model number 411315 was installed by another hot water company. On a Saturday, one week after the installation, we had no hot water. We rang the original installer who could not come out until the Monday.
We found the Hot Water Maintenance advertisement in the Yellow Pages and called them at 3.30pm on the Saturday.
The receptionist was very helpful and organised a crew to come over within the hour and fix the problem – UNDER WARRANTY AND AT NO CHARGE.

On a winter Sunday I woke to find I had no hot water.
I tried to contact my local plumber who was away on holidays. I then called Solahart (the people who installed our hot water system) and had no response – closed on Sundays!! I resorted to the Yellow Pages and was lucky.
