A new Rheem Optima model number 411315 was installed by another hot water company. On a Saturday, one week after the installation, we had no hot water. We rang the original installer who could not come out until the Monday.
We found the Hot Water Maintenance advertisement in the Yellow Pages and called them at 3.30pm on the Saturday.
The receptionist was very helpful and organised a crew to come over within the hour and fix the problem – UNDER WARRANTY AND AT NO CHARGE.

On a winter Sunday I woke to find I had no hot water.
